  • AFTER CARE

    Immediately After

    • Rest & Hydrate: Drink plenty of water or herbal tea to flush toxins and support relaxation.
    • Avoid Washing Hair Right Away: Let the Flowerfall botanicals absorb into your scalp and hair for at least 6–8 hours.
    • No Harsh Products: Skip styling gels, sprays, or strong shampoos for the rest of the day.

    Within 24 Hours

    • Keep Warm & Relaxed: Hydro-Dhara calms the nervous system—avoid heavy exercise, alcohol, or stressful activity right after your session.
    • Gentle Hair Care: When you do wash, use a mild, natural shampoo and conditioner (like your spa’s house-made blends).
    • Mindful Rest: Prioritize good sleep; your body is in a deeply relaxed state and will benefit from quality rest.

    Ongoing Care

    • Scalp Massage at Home: Lightly massage the scalp with natural oil (coconut, rosemary, or lavender) 1–2 times per week.
    • Repeat Treatments: For best results, schedule Hydro-Dhara regularly (every 2–4 weeks) to maintain relaxation and scalp health.
    • Balance Stress: Incorporate deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to complement the calming effects.

    Avoid

    • Hot showers or saunas immediately after (they can overstimulate the scalp).
    • Chemical hair treatments (dye, bleach, perm) for at least 48 hours.
    • Excess caffeine or stimulants that counteract the relaxation
